Bolshoi Theatre old stage is to be open is October 2011!
The Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow,
one of the major symbols of Russia and one of the most famous theaters in the world,
is finally to reopen in October 2011
, after six years of reconstruction!! Dancers, Muscovites and theater connoisseurs from around the world are looking forward to great event!
The historical Bolshoi theatre building was designed by architect Joseph Boveand was built in 1824.
The new Edifice of the Bolshoi Theatre was rebuilt and enlarged several times and now it is considered one of the most mesmerizing theatrical buildings in the world due to its wonderful architectural style.
Ballet and opera performances are staged at the Bolshoi Theatre with the participation of the world stars.
The Tsars loved Bolshoi Theater, so did the Soviet leaders and so do both Muscovites and foreign visitors!

Nikulin Circus in Moscow - performances and much more!
The most famous and old circus in Russia and Moscow is the Old Moscow circus named by Yuri Nikulin located in the very centre of the city on Tzvetnoy boulevard.
The circus was open in 1880. In 20th century it was headed for many years by a very popular actor Yuri Nikulin who started his career
as clown and was performing in it attracting lots of spectators. He also played in many Soviet/Russian movies. Later the circus got his name. In 1985 the building was totally reconstructed. The circus provides great range of program including performances with tamed animals. Russian circus has always been known for that.
The circus can be open privately for the group. Special performance can be arranged for the guests with some interactive elements - joggling, etc.After the performance it is possble to service lunch /dinner in the Foyer of the circus.
